Content you submit (directory listings, forum posts, comments) remains yours. By posting, you grant H2 Energy Community a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

Curated news articles, event listings, and editorial content are owned by H2 Energy Community or attributed to their original sources.

5. Directory Listings

Company directory submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. H2 Energy Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
