Clean Power Hydrogen Partners with Koch Modular for North American Electrolysis Manufacturing

Clean Power Hydrogen has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Koch Modular Process Systems to explore manufacturing and licensing arrangements for its modular electrolyser technology in North America.
Under the agreement, the companies will work toward producing up to 100MW of Clean Power Hydrogen's proprietary membrane-free electrolysis systems for distribution and sale across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The technology is designed to generate high-purity hydrogen and oxygen on-demand at point-of-use locations.
Koch Modular, a subsidiary of Koch Industries—one of the largest privately held companies in the United States—brings process engineering expertise and project delivery experience from serving the chemical processing industry. Clean Power Hydrogen noted the partnership reflects growing market interest in its electrolyser solutions.
The MOU represents a strategic collaboration aimed at scaling the commercialization of the company's electrolysis technology across the North American market.
