Clean Power Hydrogen and Siemens Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Electrolyzer Scale-Up

Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM:CPH2) announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Siemens plc to advance the commercialization of its Membrane-Free Electrolyser (MFE) technology.
Under the agreement, Siemens intends to assist CPH2 across multiple activities aimed at scaling production and maintaining technological leadership. The scope of collaboration includes process enhancement, automation, customer introduction, marketing, 24/7 technical support, training, and joint product and process development.
CPH2's MFE technology produces commercial-grade high purity hydrogen and above medical-grade purity oxygen. The company plans to develop a legally binding agreement with Siemens, with further updates on progress to be announced.
CPH2 Chief Executive Officer Jon Duffy stated that discussions with Siemens encompass go-to-market strategies with the objective to upscale CPH2 production. The partnership represents an effort to leverage Siemens' engineering and automation expertise to advance CPH2's electrolyzer technology.
Both parties plan to conclude formal terms following the current non-binding phase.
